1. Coupon Transactions: Cashback for all coupon transactions will be 3% less as compared to Transactions without coupon.

2. Maximum Commission: INR 280 per sale and this condition will apply for both coupon as well as non-coupon transactions.

3. For eg. 

Case 1 – Suppose the order value is 2000, therefore 5% of order value is 100, which is less than Rs280. Therefore earned cashback will be Rs 100.

Case 2 – Suppose the order value is 6000, 5% of the order value will come as Rs300, which is greater than Rs280. Therefore cashback against this sale will become Rs280 and not Rs. 300.

Jabong.com offers absolutely free shipping on most products in India. On products belonging to Jabong.com Add-on program, nominal shipping charges are applicable. To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy this product along with anything else from our website. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee. This is a fee of Rs. 39 that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders. The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. 

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!
