EnCashback.com is a Cashback Service Site. You can earn money whenever you shop from any of our Online shopping partners like flipkart.com, amazon..com, snapdeal.com, jabong.com, infibeam.com, myntra etc. Various links of most the categories are provided on multiple pages of this site. All you need to do is shop by clicking on these links. After shopping from your favourite store you need to claim your cashback and fill your Account details for Electronic Fund Tranfers. 

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

 

 

License to use website:

  • You acknowledge and agree that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer claims on terms that may differ from those contained in this Cashback Agreement. You may not assign this Cashback Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our express prior written approval. Subject to that restriction, this Cashback Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

 

Limitations of liability:

EnCashback.com  will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

  • for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or

Breaches of these terms and conditions:

Without prejudice to EnCashback.com's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, EnCashback.com may take such action as EnCashback.com deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
